Many thanks to everyone who came out to our Cooking for Change Workshop! It was wonderful to meet everyone and hear your ideas. Not to mention, we shared some scrumptious food! As a group, we made roasted squash gnocchi with brown butter and sage and socca (savoury chickpea crepes) with goat cheese, pesto and winter root vegetables. It was a really insightful look into the magic that can happen when we make sustainable food choices.
